Founded on a simple observation about how projects fail.
Most infrastructure and facilities work in Ghana is delayed not by the engineering, but by the handovers between parties. The civil contractor waits on the electrical contractor. The electrical contractor waits on a shipment that has not cleared. The client, meanwhile, holds three contracts and no single point of accountability.
Asankare Enterprise Ltd. was structured to remove those handovers. We are registered in Ghana as a limited liability company operating across four core sectors: engineering, energy, agriculture and trade. Six specialist divisions carry that work, sharing one management team, one programme and one set of accounts.
Our Kumasi head office keeps us close to the Ashanti industrial and mining belt. Our Accra office keeps us close to the ministries, the commercial market and the Tema port corridor through which our imported materials move. Between them we can mobilise to most parts of the country without subcontracting our own supervision.

We quote against a written scope, with lead times and exclusions stated. An underpriced tender that becomes a variation claim serves nobody.

Because we import and distribute in our own right, we control the date materials reach site instead of inheriting somebody else’s delay.

Site supervision stays in-house. Quality problems are found by us, during the works, not by the client at handover.

Document everything
Measured progress, testing records and commissioning certificates. Clients receive a file they can hand to an auditor or a financier.

International engagement
Sourcing partners abroad, delivery capacity at home.
Our import division works with manufacturers and trading houses outside Ghana to secure electrical materials, plant components and specialist tyres that are not reliably available on the local market.
The company also participates in international trade and investment forums to build supplier and partner relationships that feed directly into our contracting work.
